Senior Embedded Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to architect and refine the firmware and hardware telemetry layers powering YieldConnect soil grids and TransitHub corridor transceivers.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and lay out custom multi-layer PCBs optimized for electrical grid fluctuations.
• Write low-overhead, memory-efficient RTOS driver firmware in C/C++ for ARM Cortex microcontrollers.
• Optimize power cycles, network mesh connections, and fallback telemetry protocols.
• Review circuit schematics and compile rigorous hardware unit tests.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of professional embedded firmware development (C/C++, FreeRTOS, Bare-Metal).
• Practical experience designing PCB layouts (KiCad, Altium, or equivalent tools).
• Familiarity with low-power transceiver protocols (LoRa, BLE, MQTT, CoAP) on cellular grids.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent systems experience.
